I completed this assignment after four semesters in ENGL 388V: Undergraduate Teaching Assistants in English. The assignment was not originally intended to be part of the class, but my instructor decided that students who had taken the class multiple times should not complete the traditional lesson plan and reflection assignments. Instead, the two of us revised the UTA Handbook for the program. This document is our final product.
